The ice and snow quickly melted away. An oak leaf fell onto a pool of water. It looked like the oak leaf was trying to float away. However, the leaf was limited to floating in just the small pool of water.
This photo is for the flash of red (BW) challenge. During this week, I will note the steps I took to create the BW image. For this image: 1. crop, 2. up the contrast, 3. change to color to BW, 4. Add a tiny bit of fill light (this was taken in the shade), 5. nudge the shadows.
