Gosh, Danette, this is pretty ugly! Just kidding! I wonder what those orange vines are. They are taking over Johnathon Dickison Park after it burned. Pretty, but it doesn't seem natural. Glad you got out today!
@billsouth Ha, Bill! I agree it isn't all that "pretty". It was a fairly obscure area with lots of sand, palmettos and the occassional dead tree. The closest I could get was about 30' so I have no idea what the orange vine was. I thought maybe it was dead. Would be interesting to know. I haven't been to Jonathan Dickinson State Park in a number of years.
@mittens Circle of life. The bird was enjoying his perch.
@chard Thanks, Richard. Not sure the reason for a fence on public property.
@skipt07 I tried b&w, Skip. Even tried a half dozen b&w presets. Didn't like any of them. Completely blended it all together. Maybe on a day I feel better.
@anazad511 Ana, I do have my priorities in order! :-) Actually I was on my way to meet my client, so she wasn't with me, but she is a client of many years and she knows I am a photographer, so she would definitely understand!

@henrir Absolutely!
