I wanted to try something different for the word today and as it was raining for pretty much most of the day yesterday i went for a walk to see what i could capture.
Although the rain was mostly light, there was a couple of bursts heavier in nature and an opportunity to capture this image.
Editing wise, i decided to give this the high key treatment to enhance the rain ripples and greenery to lead your eye right into the distance.
Darren,you have significant ripples with your processing but the only thing for me is that I feel I might disappear altogether in the distance?! We've had quite a bit of rain too and I don't like the feeling of winter coming on and not much colour outdoors to photograph.
