...the weather keeps going from Cold to Warm, which makes me worry bugs are going to have the last say when this cauliflower finishes growing. I would say I have about 4 inches now, and I'll cut this one when it's 6 inches across (hopefully in a few days).
Good news, though! All of my plants that survived (5 cauliflower) actually have heads growing! I sure hope it tastes as good as it looks! And stay away bugs. And I'd rather have a proper winter-- even though I enjoy the warmth, I know it's not a good sign for anything when it's supposed to be cold.
