I really have had no time to do photography because school starts Monday for my kids and I've already started working, but here is a peek at what an 11-year-old previous Pepto-pink bedroom can look like as an office (with zebra curtains, of course). I used the panorama function on my Samsung S3 to get this shot. And it probably looks bad. Sorry. I'll be back to full mode in 2018! :)
@grammyn The "pank" is on the ceiling too Katy. I'm going to be cheery for rest of my life...or one cranky witch. I'm not painting the room again. Ever. :)
Looks like a fun color (at least for a while... I think I would tire of it eventually). I had a friend whose husband is an architect... she kept trying to get him to remodel their master bath, he delayed so she inspired him to get moving my taking a paint roller with this shade of pink and painting a wide stripe across the wall, vanity, floor, toilet and tile... he got the message! Remodel ASAP!
You know that colour's going to drive you mad - just bite the bullet and paint it. You'll be much happier in a space that reflects your personality and taste. Looks like you have lots of room.

I wasn't going to post a photo of the office until I was really done, but I was at the end of day and really did not want to do filler again. The pink is just fine really. I'm not going to paint it again--it took me a good long time to do this job. Really wish I had a wide angle lens to play with the room. While it is the smallest room in the house, it looks large here. As a bedroom, it was really tiny. I got rid of a desk, a cart, two shelves and 8 boxes of books to fit in here. The closet is filled now too. It's good to just clear out. I even dismantled and put back up my computer (a first for me) and I learned how to use my external hard drive to copy stuff from a computer we are retiring! All in all, move is educational. Just not fun. :)
I think you'll like that pink environment! Very energizing and cheerful. My niece, when she was about 12 or 13 (5 or 6 years ago) did her room deep purple and zebra. ;0) These gals!
