Probably my one and only chance to get to my get pushed challenge in from Shannon to do "a light trails / light painting shot." My time to research was limited, but I found a head light that had the "red" option. I did catch at 800 ISO, but honestly, I think that's too high as it really does allow a lot of light in with an open aperture (I tightened up the aperture, and used as long an exposure as I could).
Isn't my husband nice drawing me a heart? He's in there, but not visible! He loves me and I love him. And I love 365...even though it's late and I'm still in the midst of preparing the house. And I MUST go to bed. Night, night.
@sjoblues Here's what I was able to do! If I can get some cooperative kids this weekend, there might be another chance, but I'm guessing this is it. It's on my bucket list to do a light trails over a highway, so I'll try again over Thanksgiving week. Cheers!
He did a great job on the heart, and I think you nailed the exposure. I'm just a sentimental guy, I guess. I think it is great hearing you say such a nice thing about your husband.
That was my challenge for this week, too, except my camera won't let me do it. I tried with every camera in the house, but they are all to "point and shoot." Now I have to do a diptych. I was looking forward to doing light trails. I'll just have to enjoy everyone else's.
