I don't know the difference between a Junko and a Phoebe...but I think this is one. There was a nest in the picnic pavilion where my daughter's XCountry Team had a meal after a day of whitewater rafting down the Ocoee River (just over the GA border into TN). This parent was waiting for a time to feed the babes a bug. He/she would not go in until some folks left, and even then I couldn't get a feeding shot. But this one worked out nicely with the bug in beak.
