@jgpittenger this was a 4.5 lb young chicken. I cooked at 350 (20 minutes per pound). As I used Convection Roast, I reduced temp to 325 after about 40 minutes, but if not using convection, keep at 350.
I dried out chicken cavity, put in 2 rosemary stalks. I lightly sprinkled Worchestershire sauce, then sprinkled skin with paprika, garlic powder, dried oregano, and course salt. I put in just a bit of broth and a couple dashess of wine to pan (not on bird). Added multiple whole garlic cloves and slices of lemon in pan.
