Sunday my back gave out on me completely. I have been lying down ever since. I got to the doctor yesterday and had an excruciating painful wait but I also had an MRI to rule out a fracture. It appears I had a muscle spasm of some kind that was very severe obviously. I am now on steroids to reduce the inflammation and to allow me to walk again. I can walk now with crutches. It was definitely a scary moment and I continue to be thankful for the diagnosis that I will recover. It will be a slow recovery though.
@darylo Thanks bunches for the update. I imagine you have pinched a nerve which is unbelievably painful as you well know. Time will make it all better but it is a very slow process. My last bout with this, I have had several over the years, was in January and I was in bed for a week. I don't even go to the doctor anymore for mine because there is really nothing they can do to make it better. I have learned how to stretch and manipulate my back to help myself. I never laugh at the jokes about someone bending over and not being able to straighten up anymore either! Praying mightily for a quick return to normal for you! ♥
So glad for no fracture but boy as I get older the soft tissue injuries take forever to heal. Made your yummy Peruvian green sauce last night. Delicious. Nicely done collage

I like your collage in spite of the subject that it signifies
