@orangecrush Oh, I often am allowed access to the kitchens (I'm a serious foodie). When my husband and I went to the Seattle one time, I was taking photos at the "flying fish" stand in the market and the guy behind the counter asked me what I was doing--I said "I want to see how you filet that fish!"--He said, "come on up!" My husband was looking all over for me (there was no time to tell him what I was doing) and then he looked up and there I was standing behind the counter next to the guy trimming the salmons and watching fish fly at me. My husband just shook his head--I will always find my way to the heart of the action when it comes to food! :)
