She Loves Ribs and Kale

So I made them for her on her first dinner back home from Japan. The ribs are slow cooked on grill with a special rub and the kale is crisped in the oven until they are "chips"--delicious and definitely "homemade."
looks scrumptious - I love ribs and must try making the Kale chips

I have heard about this way to cook kale and think that I could actually like this - normally won't touch it! The whole meal looks good!

@mzzhope 400-425 oven. I use spray olive oil and garlic salt. Only cook for a few minutes and toss them or decrease heatis they start to burn. I just buy the precut bags of organic kale. So delish.

Fabulous "homemade" image!!

@mzzhope I'm pretty sure the bunnies here would eat anything I ever tried to grow. The bagged Kale down here is not very expensive, and I love that it's precut.

@annied They are so easy to make. My daughter eats it up like it's candy. We are the only two who really love it, though. More for us and none for them I always say!
