I like the shallow DoF and the tack sharp focus of the plane of oyster/pepper toward the front. And yum, I bet these were good!

Fried Oysters - sacrilege. Straight out of the shell with a little lemon juice or vinaigre à l'échalote if you must! Nice shot though!

@vignouse while I prefer them the way you reference, an oyster roast is one of the greatest methods ever. I was pleasantly surprised by these. :)
