I use the rind of tangerines in my cranberry relish every year, along with some fresh ginger. Pulled out the macro clip to go on my 35mm fixed lens (acts like a 50 on my crop sensor). I liked the pattern and the colors, worked with a radial filter to make middle more "true to color" and upped the exposure on the rest. Playing. Really need to go to bed.
