The air ambulance landed on the playing fields behind our house. There were two cricket matches going on at the time. One had to be quickly abandoned. It always causes great excitement when the air ambulances land.
The pilots who are always left with the helicopter and are so good with the general public answering loads of questions, and keeping a watchful eye all the while.
Whenever we see that yellow helicopter in the sky we think some poor person is in trouble. Great place for it to land….must be quite an experience going up in that thing on a stretcher but what a service…I donate to ours every month.
