Quaker hill is in Bingley where I work at another branch library, these steps are all that are now left of an old area of the town, and on the left of the picture stood the Vine Tree pub, I'll find out more about this over the next few days, I believe a Quaker (Society of friends) once owned the building before it became a licensed premises. The tales these steps could tell us....
