#272 Derelict college.

Played about with this somewhat in curves and advanced tone mapping, I've seen this college being built as the 'new college' and now it's the 'old college', just left derelict for now, various schemes in place about what to do with it, but as usual, nothing settled and it's just becoming an eyesore!
