@catwoman2 thank you, it's a pity I got the lamp post just behind her, but I suppose it could be part of the headgear ;-D I think it is a type of fascinator, I went into this when I got my hat for my daughters wedding, I think a true fascinator is more or less just an artfully placed feather, this is lovely though.
