New fountain

For the Queen and Prince Phillips birthdays I think, just opened in last couple of days. Looks like a dandelion clock to me. 😃

There is one like this in a Minneapolis park (or at least was -- I assume it's still there, but I haven't been there in a good while) I've always loved the way it looks. Yours is just lovely.

@mcsiegle much controversy locally though, about it being a waste of public money and a distraction to motorists! I think it's very attractive.

@denidouble I just did a search for the one in Minneapolis and found a notation that there was some public uproar over it initially. The person who donated the fountain got the idea from a similar one he'd seen in Sydney, Australia. Here's where you can see the one in Minnesota.
