Te Awa River Ride by dide

Te Awa River Ride

We rode from Ngaruawahia to Hamilton Gardens (and back) today on a beautiful mid winter’s day. Awa in Māori means river and we followed the mighty Waikato River nearly the whole way. Cycled 54 km on a 3 metre wide paved cycleway and it was a fun day.
Such a beautiful morning to enjoy your fun ride - A lovely shot of hubby ! fav

@yorkshirekiwi yep sure is. We’re doing Cambridge to Hamilton and back today. That’s if we don’t get lost in the fog!

Looks like a lovely starting point, just remember every great bike ride starts with just one small push on the pedal Dianne:)
