We are overnighting at Kaiaua and had a good 30km bike ride this afternoon. I don’t usually like ‘there and back’ rides, but today was fun as we rode into a strong headwind so the return journey was a breeze. In a month we head off for a six day cycle tour so need to keep up with the training. The white shell on the track is from the nearby beach.
I feel that way when I go out for a car ride. It is wonderful that you are doing this now so you won't en up at my age struggling with walking short distances.
