Oh what a cute little squirrel! I like the framing too.
(7 years ago when I was downtown there, there were no businesses... this time out door eating areas, cafe's, and boutiques. It's incredible. The other building they are thinking of tearing down due to it's purpose in history... at least that is what I heard, and that would be a shame in some ways.)
