Sometimes we allow our schedules to become so busy that we set aside our daily walk and talk with God. In today's world, and in light of so much evil and hatred, it is so important to keep our heart, and our lives in tune with our Creator. We need to foster a strong belief and faith in a higher power, and we need to exercise a sincere love for all mankind, the kind of Love that God talks about in His word, no matter where they live and no matter what they believe.
esspresso should have gotten me moving, but I'm such a coffee wimp that I had to have what my daughter tells me is an Americano (add hot water) so really I only had just one coffee. Even when I have regular coffee, I prefer it with cream and/or sugar.

I think that today more than ever we hate & suspect each other more because of the country we were born in -- we are afraid; and every act of terrorism makes the fear worst.
