Old Church by digitalrn

Old Church

This is another one of the beautiful old churches still in use today in the City where I live. This one was built in1795, and stands today in beautiful condition. We have approximately five old churches in our City that are still in use today. I love the old architecture, and this period in particular I think is a wonderful example of the skilled craftmen from that time period.
very beautiful Rick! love the natural light as background

I love old stone churches they remind me of my childhood and holidays down south where my dad grew up where there are quite a few picturesque stone churches like this one.

What a beautiful old church you've pictured, Rick! Having followed my visit in Lunenburg, you know I, too, enjoy and am impressed with the beautiful old architecture. Your note was so dear today and I really appreciate the kindness in it. If my life weren't blessed enough, the addition of this community and the friends behind the photography is nicer than anything I might have wished before back when I began here. Thanks for the well wishes as summer ends & we look forward to expanding our family! The travels were set in place before the pregnancy happened, so we're on overload this year! Like I said, I'm more than just a little appreciative for every day. Thanks Rick...I feel I've come to know you as well and you've been in my thoughts and prayers.

I already posted regarding your photo as my real self right up there, but wanted to say how much I appreciate all your nice comments about my Second Life photo gallery. I'm really having fun with this and it's amazing how much I have learned regarding my editing software in a relatively short time. This is such a great way to keep the ball rolling, so to speak. Thanks again. I really value your thots. :)
