I think it was yesterday I made a comment on someone's photo that I thought our colors here were much duller than previous years, and I was disappointed. Well, as you can see, today on my way home I drove by a nearby community beach, and I heard those familiar words run through my mind, "Liar, Liar Pants On Fire..." LOL, Wow! I was totally surprised to see the trees in such a vivid display of Fall. So please disregard yesterday's comment. The beach was empty, but the trees were full of color. I feel so much better now that I received my annual Fall vaccination.
Rick ours just popped one day and only stayed for about three and then the wind come along and took them down. Beautiful shot, and you have good color.
Gorgeous colours, Rick! We didn't seem to get many reds this year - I think because we had such a dry summer they just dried up and fell off! But, we're covered in orange and yellow leaves. :)
Nice photo Rick, if you think your fall colours are bland you should live in the bush - we dont really even get four seasons!!! I love fall colours in photos hope to experience a REAL fall one year.

It can be like that. My own back yard is a disappointment, though if you look at my pix, you'll see that I did find fall. Great photo! I love the russet tones. :-)
