Face Your Problems Head On

The best way to deal with problems is to face them head on. This is just one of many skulls my Nephew has sitting around his tattoo shop. It's not my choice for a cozy decor, but they are kind of fascinating to look at and photograph, and it's his shop, not mine.

Very macabre. When my son was still a student doctor he brought a skeleton home which he kept up to graduation day. My wife used to make him hide it from her.

Definitely not my idea of a nice decoration. But to get past it I always remind myself that a skull painted in a picture during the Dark Ages symbolized wisdom and intelligence.
