Dust Dancing In The Sun

In the not too distant past there was break dancing, well today I witnessed Dust Dancing In The Sun. This guy was moving all over the place, kicking up some dust, and though he didn't have a huge audience, it shows promise. Perhaps he hopes to audition for So You Think You Can Dance, now wait, it's tax dollars that are paying for this, what?
