It rained off and on throughout the day, and when I went out later this afternoon for a walk, I decided to grab a shot of this view across this colorful hillside, and into the cloudy skyline.
A fav - I love the strong horizontal ground line, the pooling effect of the leaves, the black trunk, anchoring the center tree that stands almost a a pinnacle to all the varied foliage behind it... That... or maybe just cuz it is a purty pic
