We had our family Christmas get together tonight with my Brothers and Sister. Our working schedules make it difficult to ge the family together so we usually manage to get in our celebrating about a week or so after Christmas. We all had a great time. We played several group games, and in this photo, Kassidy tries to keep her team moving along as she and her team individually, one at a time tries to unwrap a Hershey Kiss while wearing a pair of oven mitts. Not real easy, but it is possible.
this is a fun game played to music...when the music stops you have to pass the item along to the next person...the one who finally gets it unwrapped gets the gift!
I love that your family plays games! We always used to, but when I got in my thirties, we stopped. Ten when my niece and nephew got old enough for games, we play again. She looks to be having a hard time getting that kiss!
Gorgeous portrait, Rick. It is so lovely to have all the family together. My son has taken it upon himself to organise a get-together for my and my siblings' families. We will be at least 25 in all. Looking forward for the event.
