The Take Over

I'm not sure what kind of structure this was, but it looked like some type of lookout tower. I spotted while we were out for a drive with my Mother-in-law. The vines have all but taken over.

Looks like a pretty fancy silo to me, but then you don't see too many silos with a fancy turret like that. Good catch!
