Sno Kones

Today was day two, the final day for our Country Fair at work, and the weather was fantastic for today's event. Again the residents loved the attractions, the games, and of course the free carnival food. Pictured here is my Wife Josie as she was helping out at the Sno Kone stand, scooping up the flavored ice, a big hit for a great Summer's day. Two years ago Josie came to work at the same place I do, and it's neat being able to go to work every day together. She coordinates all the volunteers for our Hospice, and she does a fantastic job. She also enjoys the opportunity to help out at all our special events, always willing to do something extra.
LOVE this photo of Josie! you are a blessed man to have such a giving wife and I know you know that!

It was an added bonus to meet Josie at Hawk Mountain- she's a special lady- but you already know that!!

My husband and I have worked together for twenty-four years and still have avoided killing each other. The processing on this is really cool!

I love this Rick... a very clever interpretation & Josie is doing such a good job. My husband & I have worked together on the farm all our married life & it's good to share your lives like that!

I thought I had recognised that face, Rick. So everything went well with the Country Fair. Great to have a companion to travel with to and from work, especially when that companion is someone you love.

Lovely story and terrific presentation.

I thought the face looked so familiar. I guess the processing of the picture made me doubt for a minute that it was Josie. you never mentioned before that Josie was with you when you take pictures on your way home.

@bruni Yep, Monday through Friday we drive to work together. I usually avoid stopping too frequently but occasionally I will. She went full time a few months back, so prior to that I used to do most of my photos on the way home on her days off.
