Time For Some Repairs

I spotted these two young men up on the roof across the way from where we live. They were up on the roof inspecting it, I assume they were at least anticipating an upcoming project. From the one man's gesture, it looks like he is trying to explain the process a bit. I added this rusty metal application to the photos to give it a worn out look, but in reality the roof doesn't appear to be as bad as the photo makes it look. There are some shingles that no longer look too healthy, so it is probably a good idea to take care of it now rather than wait.
