Well today we stopped at the nursery and Josie finally got her Butterfly Bush. "While we're here..." she lovingly said, "Why don't we get two hanging baskets for the patio?" "Well of course dear, anything you want. Yes, I submit." I finally gave in. Couldn't take it any more. My arm still hurts from being twisted around to my back. You think I'm joking? She's good when it comes to getting her point across.
This is such a pretty shot, Rick. That patio is really going to be something to enjoy! Love the processing here. My husband was the one to pick out a similar hanging basket we have and enjoy.
This is beautiful, Rick! Sorry, but I'm totally on Josie's side on this one. Girls got to stick together. Plus you got a great photo, so I'd say that was a win/win.
When I leave you a "Thank You" note for this photo, I'm going to hop off of 365 and, as Ken *asked me to do yesterday*, drop a note to a Lunenburg friend and ask him to pick us up some fuchsia and flowering pots like this! The nurseries sell everything off quite early, so I want to get mine while the gettin's still good! Thanks Josie...every patio needs some of these to soften the lines! (Don'f forget to deadhead frequently and they'll look nice all summer!)
They are beautiful and I am sure you will get plenty of joy from them over the next few months. I must get out and buy some planters to however we are still getting some frost at night.
Haha , I can understand your feeling - when the wife wants something she always gets her way. Yesterday it was you, today it may be me. But this flower basket will add beauty to the patio, Rick. Beautiful capture.
