When it comes time to complete my employee's annual evaluations I pull this little item down off the shelf and set it on my desk where it is visible. If anything I manage to get a few chuckles. Must say, I have a wonderful crew and I am so proud of how they perform and lovingly care for our residents, just as though they were their own Grandparents.
Your work site is where any of uf might hope to spend our later years. If they're anything like you, you DO HAVE a wonderful crew! The jar is a most humorous motivator!
I've seen this...... Some years ago when my daughter and I were shopping together and saw some of the different sayings on these little jugs, she commented, "We need one that says 'Ashes for problem brothers'". Obviously she'd had a difference of opinion recently with her brother!!
