This is just a quick shot of the leopard pattern curtains that hang in our Daughter's bedroom, just as she left them 3 years ago. I am now debating whether I want to redo her bedroom before she returns home next year. I have been thinking about doing some minor renovating to her room as we prepare for her arrival. I look at this upcoming event as a new chapter in her life, and in my mind I am thinking it deserves a newly renovated place to call her own, a new start. I think it would be a nice surprise for her.
nothing like a newly decorated room to signify a fresh start -- !! This is a cool design! Chances are good she has outgrown in -- so it's a nice idea to redo her room!
Go ahead and freshen it up if you like . . BUT did you ask her first? I'd keep this curtain . . just in case. Personally I think that this pattern is pretty cool. :)
@karenann Karenann, I have a pretty good idea what she likes, and infact since she does like the leopard pattern, I woul dprobably just give the room a face lift, some new furniture and pictures, ect. She loves surprises, so I think she would approve.
Great pattern. Your daughter has a leopard pattern curtains in her room...
Now i'm curious how the whole room looks like ;) She must be a interesting and cool person to know :)
Love the pattern. Great idea to give your daughter a good welcome but check on her tastes first, lest she has different ones to yours. You know, usually their tastes are much different to those of their parents.
Very trendy curtains, this sort of leopard of tiger pattern is very on trend in the UK so perhaps you had better keep that & just freshen the walls !! I'm sure she would be very touched !
Yes new cutains are always nice..I have often wondered where your daughter is.. it seems like she's been away for a long time. but if it's too personal I won't ask.
