Creekside Softness by digitalrn

Creekside Softness

I stopped by a local walking trial on my way home, and noticed how everything along the creek was looking so refreshed after the rain. I was even more surprised how this shot appeared once I uploaded it to my computer. Temperatures were down in the 70's, a little more rain predicted for tomorrow, then the remainder of the day is supposed to be clear. On Sunday it's supposed to get warmer again. I hope you all have a great weekend. I just made a change in my work schedule, I decided it was time to give up working weekends. I've been working extra shifts on the weekend for the past several years in addition to my full time hours, and finally decided it was time to give it up, and begin enjoying my weekends. Now I need to work on getting Josie to do the same thing. She also works every other weekend in addition to her normal weekday hours. It is time to set aside our weekends for us.
Beautiful capture ...love the b&w and the gorgeous lighting. I don't know how you kept up with all of those hours, family time, and your photography, Rick. Yes, it's time to start enjoying the week-ends with the family. Time goes by so quickly.

Great idea Rick. We must have time to enjoy life before we are to old to do so. This shot is so beautiful. Love the tones.
