Old Bicycle Shop

When I was a kid, this building was called, Bickel's Bicycle Shop. It was the only bicycle shop in the area, so it was a popular place. It closed many years ago, and it has stood like this since then. All the buildings around it were torn down, but they left this one stand, so I figure it holds a significnat place in the town's history.

It has a certain charm, but I would imagine it would take a lot of work to bring it back to its glory days. Nice, though, to save the past for the present generation to appreciate.

Great capture of a fabulous old building! When I see old buildings like this I always wish there was some way to bring them to life again...
