Our daughter Stefanie dropped off a nice pot of tulips for Josie. We had a good laugh, because Josie really doesn't like tulips, so Josie had a slip of the tongue and made a little comment about, "Oh it's nice but you know I really do not like tulips." Well Stefanie took that and ran around with it for awhile. No hurt feelings or anything like that, just good old fun, making jabs at each other, all in love. Stefanie did ask me, "Dad, you like my tulips, right?" I said what any loving Father would say, "Why yes, I think it is a beautiful flower. I'm not sure why your Mother doesn't like tulips." Stefanie, said, "Well then, Happy Easter Dad." Another laugh. So now we can plant these out back and enjoy them.
Haha great fun commentary, Rick. Us males seem to pamper your daughters more than their mothers. These tulips are so beautiful and your capture is nothing less.
great family fun ...isn't that what family is all about!! I am with Josie although I have some nice pink ones on the kitchen table. Never think they last long enough!!!
