Here is a close-up of the tulip plants Stefanie bought for Josie. It sits on the back porch, drying up with each passing day. I am going to plant it along the fence line, and then we'll see if it comes up again next Spring.
I've been told the time to plant them is the fall- but I just planted a batch of miniature daffodils in my garden the other day. I'm afraid if I wait, I will totally forget! You've captured some beautiful textures in this b/w.
Nicely seen, shot and converted. I'd have toned down the high ISO noise with the editor. For me, it doesn't add to the shot or textures, but that's just me.
@frankhymus This pot of dried tulips was sitting on the back porch in very low light, so I did shoot it with a higher ISO, and again, the application I used actually helped to create its appearance.
