Caught sight of this duck sitting proudly on this stump. There were fishermen lined up along the lake, so he probably felt more secure there wer ehe could keep an eye on things.
I noticed before, that is last year, that the ducks or geese like to sit elevated from the water. I guess Ann is right in saying she might b looking for a nesting place. our sparrows go crazy picking up stuff to build a nest. so much fun to watch them.
Hahaha! Love your title! Twice while I was outside today, birds flew over, but I didn't have my camera on and ready to get the picture. Missed the hawk and the flock of geese.
