Another piece of the evening meal, a crock of beef bar-b-que. The other meat is in the oven, baked chicken breast filets, brushed with garlic olive oil. It is baking as I type, and it smells good.
I know it was delicious, but I'm just up from the dinner table and feeling very full, so perhaps I'm not appreciating it as much as I could be...like about lunch time tomorrow!
@Weezilou I totally understand, and I understand it is not a knock out shot either LOL. Grabbing a few quickies to fill in the day as it was a busy one. Afterwards when I looked at it I thought, it would have been neat to prepare an actual sandwich with it oozing out the sides of the bun, on a plate with all the other food choices, but no, didn't have time.
