Many of the Dahlias in our garden are still quite colorful. They have done well this year. I believe once Spring planting comes around we are going to go with this flower for the garden. Hopefully they come in different colors. Very low maintenance.
They come in a wide variety of colours and heights. I have to bring in the bulbs as they do not survive the harsh cold and freeze. I pack them in peat moss and store them. My dad used to start them very early in the greenhouse to get blooms earlier.
