November completed my 5th month in my monthly weight loss challenge, and I stand at 45 pounds for my total loss. I count it a victory, but I still have one more month to go. This last month I hit a plateau, and though I must admit, it is frustrating, I know all I have to do is pick up the exercise a bit, and it will begin to move again. Since my knees are feeling better, and I am quite a bit lighter, I am hoping to be able to play tennis again in the Spring, and of course golf. It has been a long time. I picked up these little guys at the gift shop where I work, and they served as great props. I thought you might enjoy them. Have a great night everyone.
Congratulations on your weight loss. I have over the past 12 month wanted to lose 5 kgs and I have to say that has been a struggle. Your success is an inspiration.
Don't worry about the plateau- it will begin to drop off again as you stay consistent with your exercise. You may need to increase your water in take- sometimes that gets things moving again. Also (you may know this already) make sure you're weighing yourself at the same time and the same way each time (ex. with shoes on, or with shoes off). Sometimes just having the shoes on will throw the scale off. Anyway- 45lbs is fantastic! Keep up the good work! Cute collage.
This is such a cute collage you should put it up on the fridge where you see the picture of your goal for Spring. I sometimes go on the hospital diet for a few days. the cabbage soup is fantastic and you can have as much and as often as you like it. say they the soup helps loose belly fat.
