On a daily basis we start our day with some goal in mind. We envision where we are headed, but even though we follow our intentions, we have no idea what we are going to encounter along our journey. How we deal with the unexpected often depends on how our life's expereince has prepared us.
Let me tell you how true that is! I envisioned a great day for shooting photos. Then . . my husband couldn't find his billfold. Lots of phone calls, cancelled credit card, etc. Went looking at stores. Four hours later, the billfold was found . . at home. There went my photos for the day. But all is well with the world! :) Great photo, Rick!!
Lovely trees..looks like a nice path for walking.. we haven't been in the forest for awhile...too icy under the snow.. I don't think Hans could carry me out if I slipped and broke something..have to wait until Spring.
Wonderful picture! If I am hiking with a friend, I love to take the path less traveled, but if I'm alone, I stick to the main pathways so I can find my way back! Your message is right on! For the last week I've thought I would post pictures and take pictures, and always something interrupted.
