This young lady is walking to school, past a house that has recently been condemned. Got to love her shoes. It is only one of many that have been run down to the point where people can no longer live there. It will either be torn down, or some slum lord will buy it and make money off it. In cases like this, I hope they tear it down. The slum lords have been the primary reason for our City's ruin.
Sad- but that happens in a lot of places and not just cities. We have houses around here that people bought as vacation rentals but they are so unkempt that you know the owners don't really care about them.
