It was a busy weekend, and productive. I managed to get a lot of painting done, almost all the woodwork and trim. My Brother came up yesterday and installed a new wall light, and hopefully soon I will get the upper portion of the walls and the ceiling. Then comes the decorating. It's all coming together nicely, and I am pleased with the colors. Josie is not totally convinced yet, but I asked her to trust me. She is quite conservative when it comes to paint color. She told me that new colors make her nervous. I tried to explain to her that I can see the finished project in my mind, and she will love it. Oh God I hope she does.
If your painting is anything like this she will love it. I have a hard time convincing my husband that I can see what paint will look like when he cant. Best if he just lets me go at it.
Love this shot Rick........all the different lines in it,,,,,,,,,,the rock wall, the headstones the outline of the windows in the church and then the tree almost looks like it is a silhouette!
colors are wonderfully vibrant and the light is beautiful. i am sure you put the steeple behind the tree purposely, but I would have had it out clear in its own space.
Fabulously lit building with beautiful warm colours!!!
