A Re-Edit by digitalrn

A Re-Edit

At the suggestion of my friend Beryl, @beryl I decided to re-edit my Buggy On Canvas to see if I could remove the telephone pole and wires from the original shot. I was able to remove them. I am always torn with the idea of removing some of the unwanted background because it is part of the surrounding, though sometimes it does take away from the overall view. So Beryl, here is a re-edit for you.
Yes, yes, yes! Perfection! A fav for sure.

Ditto!! This looks like a Grandma Moses painting!

It looks rather empty now after seeing the other one! But fabulous processing!

Wow, this is pretty awesome, Rick.

@mary1440 I agree with @maggiemae . I think I liked the original better for its juxtaposition of the Amish buggy and the contemporary power lines

I love the original. It just seems more simplistic.

Fine art!

Super improvement minus the wires and pole! But leave the background there....it looks mystical and appealing!

This I like & agree with Diana @ladydi53 - you have been clever Rick- as I am sure this would have taken some time

Not sure which I prefer but both very pretty. This one looks most like a painting. I think the telephone pole gives the other one away as a photo cos you normally wouldn't add it to a composition like that, but I don't think that's a bad thing.

Very nicely done, Rick. Beryl should be satisfied now.

Excellent choices Rick. Love what you did.

Oh well done Rick (& @Beryl) much better & clever of you to do that!!

You did such a great job on this one. cn never tell there was a hydro
pole and wires. did you do it in Photo Editor? or is there an easier one to do it in. I tried it on some overhead wires and had a difficult time, the picture didn't look natural after it. I might need more practise.

You did a great job, and it's much cleaner without the pole.
