Waiting Lounge by digitalrn

Waiting Lounge

My Nephew is ready to open his new tattoo shop. Weeks of painting, building this platform, a counter desk, staining the floor, buying all kinds of antique furniture to give it a good old time flare have come to an end. The place is huge, and it looks great. The whole scene is quite gothic and he is into the old horror films, skulls, etc. so these dark colors work very well.
Lovely waiting room

Oh, I do love red and black! What an awesome room! Makes me want to go get a tattoo! Well, maybe not since I almost passed out in 9th grade after getting my ears pierced!

Beautiful -- so peaceful looking

Looks like the parlour of an antique mansion, Rick. A job very well done. You gave a helping hand, too. I remember that.

The empty picture frames and the little stage give it a very avant-garde look (or are we already at post-avant-garde?). Not what I associate with tatoo parlors (but with stage-set parlors!). Good luck to your enterprising and artistic nephew.

Outstanding look to his waiting room. Not at all what one would expect to see.
