Shoo-Fly Pie

I forgot to post this last evening so here it is now. I cooked an evening meal on Sunday and invited our Son and his Daughter Kassidy, as well as Brittany's little guy Quest. Our Daughter and Brittany were both working. Made a huge meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, and two shoo-fly pies. After supper sent all the leftovers home with the kids.

OH RICK...this takes me back to when I was eight years old! A neighbor in Rockford, IL was PA Dutch and she's make this for her daughter and me! I loved it! Haven't thought of it in years! (The family name was Pennypacker...certainly sounds like t was from your neck of the woods, doesn't it?!)
