So I'm just starting my third week on my project. I've been a long time photographer, but just getting back into it again. I think this website is awesome and I love looking at everyone's great photos! Just looking for more ideas and critiques at this point, if anyone wants to share! Here are two of my favs from my first 15 days. Critique away!
Great pic! I love the selective coloring, and the editing is well done. The only thing I would maybe change is that the 2 you (it is you twice, right?) are not really interacting with each other... the picture is like 2 separate pics (ok, I know that it actually is, but I don't feel that the pic makes a whole). Maybe if the one in the mirror looked at the one on the bed? Or if both looked at the camera? That's just my point of view, and I know that clone pictures is really not easy :) Welcome to 365!
@maola Thanks for both of your comments! The self portrait was my first try with putting two shots in one frame. At first I did take pictures where the b&w me was looking in the mirror, but I didn't like it after I edited it. So I went with this instead. But I definitely agree that there should be more interaction somehow... Thanks so much!
