I really like the glow on the subjects! Kinda ethereal...

Thanks! I am fooling around with my Iphone and apps...
The daffodils were on my windowsill, and contrasted nicely with the dreary outdoors.
I used Photoshop express to soften the focus and saturate the colors..
It is neat what you can do on an iPhone!!

Really pretty- Maybe the flower with the background is too much? Unless you were going for a summer/winter feel then completely ignore everything I say haha. It's a lot to take in in one shot- I actually thought those flowers were drawn in for a second. Try imaging the flower taken out and then look at it.. just random thought- I'm seriously not an expert in any way, shape, or form

@sandrallison Well, before I can really say anything, I have to ask: what is the focus? It seems like it could be the flower, the snow, or the snow-covered tree in the background.

I appreciate what you are trying to say in this photo. To say it more effectively, maybe you should literally take a step back from your flowers and get more of the actual window in the shot. Sort of like the daffodils are looking out at the snow. Just a thought!

I agree with some of the other comments . . . it's a little 2 dimensional and needs a focal point. Also, be careful with saturation because you lose a lot of detail and texture, gives your daffodils a bit of a posterized feel, instead of a warm feel . . . I think a shot that framed the whole window, if possible, would give it a little more context . . .
